The 1945 Willys CJ-2A was the first civilian Jeep, adapting the military version to work for farms, ranches, and private industry right as WWII ended. Jeep’s new JL-2A package pays tribute with paint options pulled straight from that original catalog, Gobi and Bright White among them, each paired with orange “Joose” 17-inch retro wheels that echo the CJ-2A’s old Sunset Red wheel option. The Nappa Heritage Tan leather, Bison Brown door panels, and Desert Orange stitching carry the same throwback feel through the interior, along with a shifter medallion and a swing gate plaque that recreates the original CJ-2A’s dashboard data plate artwork.<\/p>\n
