The caf\u00e9 racer makes 100 horsepower and roughly 738 pound-feet of torque at the rear wheel, reaching a claimed 120 mph while weighing an estimated 485 pounds. Real Motors frames the whole project less as a product and more as a study in how a rider connects with a machine, building the bike&#8217;s responses to feel deliberately mechanical and imperfect rather than instant and digital.
