Welcome to Midnight Mania!

Let’s start the night off by taking a look back over the three biggest stories of Monday, Oct. 5, 2026.

There is absolutely zero chance that Nassourdine Imavov puts up $500k of his own money. Does he have a wealthy benefactor in his corner?

Payton Talbott has some of the best eyes and composure in the sport. He’s extremely calm in the chaos of the Octagon — a rare skill.

The love between UFC CEO Dana White and the media continues.

I have so many questions. Where in the US is this? Is anyone getting paid? How come some of these guys look to be in their 40s at a minimum?

Reminder: UFC measurements are fake news and often self-reported.

Even without knowing any Portuguese, I still found Valter Walker’s reaction to his brother’s massive knockout win amusing.

Nasty KO aside, are those puffy MMA gloves? The kind fighters wear in sparring that are a little more padded than competition gloves? Strange.

This is genuinely the best Superman Punch knockout that I’ve seen in years. Incredible!

Maintaining the high karate stance and bounce when actually in the pocket is a dangerous game.

An incredible skateboard trick:

Get involved with Mania community in The Feed!

Happy Retirement, Court McGee

As a fellow recovering drug addict, I’ve always had a soft spot for Court McGee.

It seems like he has set himself up perfectly for post-fighting, so I hope he’s good.

Slips, rips, and KO clips
