I think this trend extends to up here in Canada, too. I\u2019ve definitely not been very social over the past twenty years, but I\u2019m trying to fix that. The key is to sacrifice comfort, for connection. It doesn\u2019t come easy for me, but social connections can <em>literally<\/em> be life saving. In school, recently, I learned the were connections between life expectancy and social connections.<\/p>\n<p class=\"duet--article--dangerously-set-cms-markup duet--article--standard-paragraph _1upudxki _174s0un1 _174s0un0 _1mt21p01\">This all ties into the Male Loneliness Epidemic, too.<\/p>\n<p class=\"duet--article--dangerously-set-cms-markup duet--article--standard-paragraph _1upudxki _174s0un1 _174s0un0 _1mt21p01\">So tell me, are you finding ways to go out and be around others? Do you want to, but don\u2019t know where to start? Is it just something that doesn\u2019t interest you?
