A vacant throne under the BKB Bare Knuckle Boxing banner has been filled at BKB 59. But a prominent BKFC titleholder stormed the BKB Mighty Trigon shortly after the belt was draped over the winning warrior.
Britain Hart was the referenced fighter who encroached into the compact competitive space. This all transpired in the co-main event on September 19th in Tijuana for BKB’s first event in the Mexico market. Cecy Ulloa was the referenced new titleholder, and the former BKFC title challenger became the new BKB super flyweight champion.
The pride of Puerto Vallarta is now part of the annals of the Police Gazette diamond belt, which has roots that extend to around 150 years. Hart is the five-time defending BKFC strawweight champion, who recently defended her 115-pound crown in July, where she bested Sarah Shell on points at BKFC Liberty Brawl.
Hart was cornering long-time compatriot Andy Nguyen as the latter fought Ulloa for the BKB super flyweight crown. The pair of bare-knuckle combatants have quite the camaraderie with each other. Working corners is not unfamiliar at all to the pair of fighting friends, with Hart also serving as a second for Nguyen’s boxing bout on the Tommy Fury vs. Eddie Hall undercard.
BKB 59 Co-Main Event Title Fight Fallout
Ulloa would halt Nguyen at the end of round three as a result of damage sustained to her eye, with emotions running high with Hart in the residual moments following the end of the fight.
BKB broadcaster Gareth A. Davies served as the interpreter and translator for Ulloa here. During this impromptu standoff between the two champions from rival promotions, Davies was previously conducting the post-fight interview with Ulloa.
After storming into the Mighty Trigon and interrupting Ulloa’s post-fight victory speech, Britain Hart said,
“You know nothing about the best in the world. But one day, you might.”
To that, with the help of Davies, Ulloa stated,
“I would happily fight you in the next event in Mexico.”
After that pointed comment, Davies continued,
“That’s what she’s saying. You, Britain, you’d like the fight as well, yeah?”

Pivoting toward showing the BKB champ respect instead of directly responding, Hart quipped,
“Congratulations for tonight”
The Police Gazette diamond titleholder was not done trading verbal volleys with her BKFC champ counterpart, though, as Ulloa said,
“I am Mexican. Don’t forget. Don’t forget. Hey, come on [gestures hart to approach her again].”
The woman who previously stated “I am a f***ing feeling” got the final word in, as Hart responded,
“I’m Mexico. I’m Mexico. I’m anywhere. I’m anywhere. I’m everywhere.”
