It will be hard to top Sean Sharaf’s incredible knockout finish over Gable Steveson back at UFC 331, but a spinning elbow stoppage from Saturday’s RWS Muay Thai card in Thailand could be a close second.
Most fight fans are waiting for the start of UFC 332 later tonight on Paramount+ (details HERE), but for those who searched social media for some early-morning combat action were met with a serious Knockout of the Year candidate. At the very least, it’s one of the most brutal finishes we’ve seen in 2026.
The finish came in a meeting between 115-pound Muay Thai fighters Amurlen Tugurov and Singburi. Neither one of them have a ton of professional experience, but that sometimes leads to exciting action. That’s exactly what happened when Tugurov unloaded a ridiculous spinning elbow that caught Singburi flush. Singburi was instantly out as his body whipped backwards and he started to fall to the canvas. The referee acted quickly and try to jump to the ground to save Singburi’s head from bouncing off the mat, but it was too late.
Singburi was out for a good amount of time, but he eventually came to. It’s by far one of the cleanest knockout blows we’ll see all year. Check it out below:
