What KSW 121 lacked in star power, in made up for with consequential fights in multiple weight classes.
In the main event, heavyweights Štefan Vojčák and Marcin Wójcik faced off for an interim title, with the winner lined up for a showdown with longtime champ Phil De Fries. Outside of that headliner, the #2 and #6 middleweights in the promotion faced off in the co-main event as Michał Michalski took on Radosław Paczuski. The #1 and #2 welterweights were also on a collision course, with Muslim Tulshaev throwing down with Kacper Koziorzębski.
