The penultimate episode of Dana White’s Contender Series Season 10 arrived on Tuesday, with the women’s bantamweight division topping the card.
The division currently topped by Kayla Harrison (due to face off with Amanda Nunes in a hotly anticipated showdown next month) has needed fresh blood for a while now, with Alivia Bierley and Summer Onley looking to join the UFC ranks at 135lbs.
Onley in particular was a latecomer to MMA, starting her training in her late 20s and turning pro in 2024, after an amateur run dating back to 2019. The 32-year old was a perfect 6-0 to start the night.
Returning to the Contender Series in Week 9 was flyweight Roque Conceição.
